How to design?

No need worry about don't know how to use complicated design software, no matter you are an expert designer or newbie designer, you can easily own your personal t-shirt design!!

1. Use your own picture as t-shirt design

If you direct print your t-shirt on the t-shirt is not so excited. There are many website provide a lot funny tool and function which can used to modify your picture with special effect!!

2. You are professional using drawing tool?

Design a t-shirt

You can use any drawing software such as Illustrator or CorelDraw to design. All drawing picture MUST have at least 720 dpi or above to get the best image. For more detail information, most of the photo taken from camera has 72dpi which is enough to print using Kiosk Printing Machine.

We accept:

1. a) All photo taken using proper camera ONLY with extension .bmp .dib .gif .jpg .pcx . png .psd .tif .tiff . tga. (Camera means have mega pixel of image is 8x). The image must bright enough to print.
2. b) All drawing image with 720dpi (carelDraw, photoshop and other drawing software with extension .bmp .dib .gif .jpg .pcx . png .psd .tif .tiff .tga)

We NOT accept:

1. a) Photo using mobile phone or low mega pixel camera.
2. b) Scanned image.
3. c) All unclear images and too small image even though the image capture by camera.

After design, you can send the picture to us using email to khoo@teeshirt.com.my.

Together with the design, you are required to give us the following detail:

1. 1) Designer Name/ Nick
2. 2) Address
3. 3) Contact no.

*Note: All image showed in softcopy is just for display purpose, final image quality is regard to final printing image.

3. Important

All design will be owned by designer itself. If designer don't want his design being used by other customer, please mention "Private Design" when send the design to us.

By default, all design will be public online and everyone can use it and modify it. Design owner will get RM1.00 for each online purchasing as commission if his design being used by other customer.

www.teeshirt.com.my have the right to deny order which contain following content:

sexual, violence, offensive and other sensitive issue picture or content.

Any design which already have copy right such as Google and Nike logo.

Unauthorized personal photo such as famous star's photo

The designer have responsible against its design if his design against any law.

Original Design

If the submitted design is your own original design, please tick "Original Design" when you submit or when you purchasing.

All Original submit can have commission of RM1.00 when customers buy your design.

If you willing to own the only one design in the world and do not willing to sell your design in our website, please mention "Private Property" then we will not publish your design.

Original Design means:

• The image or text created by your own.
• Use of design from other person which never publish to public.
• Editing other designer's image and combine with your own idea design.
• All photos that take yourself.

Pirated Design mean:

• Direct use of other designer's design without any editing.
• Using of other's photo which taken by other including photo in newspaper.

If we found that the original design is actually is non-original design, we reserve the right to claim the commission.

All copy right conflict is responsibility for designer.

TeeShirt.com.my reserves the right to reject any original design.

Custom Process

Normal Online Purchasing

• Surf our website and look for your favorite design
• Fill in related information
• Bank in the amount into our company bank account
• Fax the bank slip to us as receipt
• After confirmation, your order will be in process
• We will send the product to your home.

Self design Purchasing

• Upload your own design
• Fill in related information
• Bank in the amount into our company bank account
• Fax the bank slip to us as receipt
• After confirmation, your order will be in process
• We will send the product to your home.

Payment

Important :

TeeShirt will only start to process your order after we receive full payment or particular amount of payment as discussed, therefore the submit period of product is calculated after we receive your payment. To make sure you can receive your product without delay, please clear the balance as fast as possible.

TeeShirt accept any of payment as below:

Bank-in transaction

Please direct bank-in the balance into company bank account then fax the bank slip to our company as a receipt. After we receive the fax, we will contact you for future confirmation. If you never receive any confirmation from our company within 2 working days, please contact our customer service.

Return of Purchase / Rejection

You may return or reject our product within 7 days provided follow the rules below:

• The product and requested in inquiry not match (including size, color and design not match with inquiry).
• Have problem with the quality of product (including the quantity problem).
• The product never being used, polluted and broken.

Gift N Logo Sdn. Bhd will pay all the return fees including transportation fee. Please contact us within 7 days.

Cancellation of order

This is depending on your order's current process, if your order being in process, then you may not cancel the order. Any detail problems please contact our company hot line.
