What is personalized design?

Personalized design mean print any your favorite photo or picture on a t-shirt, make it the only design in the world.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order any quantity you like. All Kiosk printing product minimum order is 1 unit only.

Can I use phone call to make order?

We encourage our customer to make purchasing online. If you want to check the exactly material quantity, you may contact us and we will arrange nearest agent to contact you so that you can look at the sample and feel its quality. But if you really don't like online purchasing, we are welcome you to contact our customer hot line 016-2072109, we are ready to serve for you.

All product listed online is make to order?

Yes! We have ready stock for sales. But even thought, there is some special case where we accept an order with a large amount which more than our ready stock's supply, in this case, we will direct contact you to confirm an acceptable delivery time.

How many days taken to get my order?

Normally, kiosk printing need 3-5 days to process and delivery need a few days too. If your order is urgent then we will charge additional fee for urgent purpose.

What kind of payment you accept?

Currently, we only accept bank-in or payment on delivery (Melaka Only).

Why I need to be a registered member?

Member system is to make sure we can build a good communication between customer and us and increase your purchasing efficiency. Since you already have basic database on us, you are no need to fill the delivery and order form every time you make purchasing. By the same time, you can check your account detail and also your purchase history.

I forgot my username and password

You need to send an email to our customer online service customer@teeshirt.com.my, and clearly mention your email, contact no, and address which you fill in when the first time you make registration. We will retrieve your username and password to you as fast as possible.

How to edit my address or email address

Login to our server, under member information link, you can edit personal email and address.
